Where it comes from
This label originates in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, within the renowned Friuli Isonzo area. The region is the chosen zone for the Vie di Romans winery, passionately run by the Gallo family. The deep connection with this specific territory is reflected in a rigorous and recognisable production style. Careful vineyard management allows for the production of high-quality grapes, capable of delivering a precise territorial identity and an elegant character in the glass.
How it is produced
The production process begins with meticulous grape harvesting, followed by vinification aimed at the highest technical precision. The maturation in barrels phase plays a fundamental role, allowing the development of aromas that enrich the aromatic profile and give structure to the wine. To fully appreciate the wine’s complex aromatic evolution and profound persistence, it is recommended to decant for about an hour before serving.
