Description
What type of wine it is
Tramin's T Cuvée Rosé is a still rosé wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, born from a harmonious blend of Merlot, Pinot Noir and Lagrein. An authentic expression of the Vigneti delle Dolomiti territory, this wine is distinguished by its dynamic style and immediate drinkability, supported by vibrant acidity and a solid structure. The aromatic profile offers intense scents of strawberry and raspberry, enriched by delicate nuances of cranberry, violet and rosebud. Aged in stainless steel tanks and characterised by a clean, linear finish on the palate, it is particularly versatile at the table, ideal for elegantly accompanying seafood starters and fresh cheeses.
Where it comes from
The vines grow at altitudes between two hundred and five hundred and fifty metres, rooting in calcareous soils with clay and gravel that give the wine a remarkable taste definition. In these hilly areas of Trentino-Alto Adige, the microclimate is marked by a high diurnal temperature range, where Mediterranean-style daytime heat meets cold and refreshing Alpine night winds. This climatic synergy is fundamental to ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes, promoting the development of a sharp aromatic expression and maintaining the lively freshness that characterises every sip.
How it is produced
Manual harvesting precedes a short period of skin contact, essential for extracting the most delicate aromatic essences and the typical pale pink hue. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation follow. The entire process, along with ageing in steel tanks, is specifically structured to keep the varietal integrity intact. This precise technical choice preserves the fruit's original fragrance, ensuring a harmonious, well-balanced tasting experience with a markedly clean finish.
History and interesting facts
