On the palate, it is pleasantly fruity, enriched by citrus nuances and touches of thyme and rosemary. The sip is balanced, characterised by a subtle minerality and a well-balanced acidity.

Where it comes from

This wine originates in Puglia.

How it is produced

Production involves a delicate cold pressing, an essential step to obtain the characteristic pale pink hue and preserve the integrity of the primary aromas. The must is allowed to settle in steel tanks to ensure maximum organoleptic purity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to maintain a fresh and linear expression, ensuring a clear aromatic profile and an extremely pleasant drinkability.
