Description
What kind of wine it is
Tramarossa Syrah is an enveloping still red wine of the Veneto region, produced by Paladin. The Syrah grape variety presents itself with an intense red colour and deep garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of red fruits, including prominent notes of blueberry, raspberry and black cherry, enhanced by elegant hints of spices and black pepper. On the palate, it reveals a rounded profile, where notes of cherry in spirit and coffee emerge. The mature tannins give the sip a pronounced softness, defining a vegan wine that combines fruity freshness with a solid structure.
Where it comes from
This label comes to life in Annone Veneto, in an agricultural setting managed according to organic and sustainable practices. The Veneto region proves ideal for the cultivation of Syrah, allowing the grape to express an extraordinary aromatic richness. Paladin tends its vineyards with a focus on quality and a deep respect for the land. The microclimate and characteristics of the local soils shape a wine capable of fully reflecting its area of origin.
How it is produced
The process begins with temperature-controlled fermentation, accompanied by maceration on the skins for about fifteen days to extract colour and phenolic components. Ageing continues in third and fourth passage wooden barrels. This technical choice encourages slow oxygenation, essential for softening the original tannins without imparting excessive woody notes. The result is a red wine with a silky texture and balanced structure, in perfect harmony with the olfactory sensations.
