Description
What kind of wine it is
Paladin Raboso Fiore Spumante Dry is a red sparkling wine from Veneto that showcases the Raboso Piave grape variety. It appears an intense ruby red with violet highlights, enhanced by a fine perlage that creates an enveloping mousse. The aromatic bouquet is dominated by fragrant notes of cherry and hints of wild violet. On the palate, the sip is lively, savoury and pleasantly smooth, supported by excellent structure. The richness of the fruit is complemented by delicate tannins and a clean, persistent finish.
Where it comes from
The grapes are grown in the heart of Veneto, in the Lison-Pramaggiore area, between the towns of Motta di Livenza and Annone Veneto. The medium-textured soils, rich in coarse material, favour the structure and typical character of Raboso Piave. The care of the vineyards by Paladin expresses the authentic vocation of this territory, where the winery is passionately dedicated to enhancing local varieties to bring out their unique qualities at every stage of ripening.
How it is produced
Production begins with a harvest carried out in mid-December, selecting bunches that have reached the ideal aromatic profile. After the first fermentation, the sparkling process takes place in a pressurised tank following the Charmat Method. This process allows for elegant bubbles and preserves the primary fragrance of the fruit. The resulting wine sees the fruity component and a slight sweetness blend with a vibrant, savoury freshness, offering a lively and well-structured tasting experience.
