This harmonious interpretation enhances the distinctive traits of the grape varieties, providing a pleasant and well-balanced drinking experience.
Where it comes from
The grapes grow in the picturesque landscapes of the Colli di Luni, in the area of Castelnuovo Magra. This region defines the Liguria di Levante denomination, offering an ideal microclimate for authentic wine expression. In this dedicated terroir, Ottaviano Lambruschi tends the vineyards with great attention to fruit quality. The wine's name holds a personal meaning, being a dedication to his daughters Ylenia and Rachele, who inspire the sincere soul and pleasant immediacy of aroma in this production.
How it is produced
The process is based on strict white vinification, with gentle pressing and limited contact between the must and the skins. This approach allows the extraction of the most subtle aromas and preserves the bright colour nuance. Served at the optimal temperature of 10-12 °C, it proves an excellent companion for summer dishes. At the table, it pairs harmoniously with starters, cured meats, young cheeses and white meats. Its versatile structure also enhances delicate fish dishes and grilled vegetables, ensuring a satisfying progression of flavours.

Supported by the invaluable enthusiasm of his brother Alessandro and endowed with remarkable professional skills, Ottaviano gradually succeeded in creating his first vineyard and producing his first wine — a bottling that already stood out as a symbol of excellence in the sector.
During the 1980s, Fabio, the founder’s son, earned a diploma in agricultural technology, giving him the opportunity to combine his innate passion with the most efficient production techniques. This allowed him to develop a modern and innovative winery that nevertheless preserved tradition, a precious heritage of the estate itself.
Over the years, the thriving Lambruschi enterprise expanded its holdings through the acquisition of vineyards located in the most prestigious areas of Ligurian viticulture. Meticulous care at every stage, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, together with rigorous grape selection, lends refinement and classic style to wines of the highest quality. Read more
