Description
What kind of wine it is
Neret Vely Champagne Les Graces Rosé De Noirs Brut is a dry sparkling wine that clearly expresses the character of its terroir. This organic Rosé de Noirs reveals inviting aromas of red fruits on the nose, blending with fragrant pastry notes and introducing a structured palate. On the palate, the Champagne is soft, vibrant and remarkably full-bodied. Its enveloping profile makes it the ideal companion for starters, cheeses and refined fish and shellfish dishes.
Where it comes from
This cuvée is produced in France, in the heart of the Marne Valley, one of Champagne's most prestigious historic areas. Here, Neret Vely cultivates its own vineyards using sustainable farming practices. Active since 1945, the winery focuses on enhancing black grape varieties to give its wines structure and personality. The microclimate and soil composition give this product significant ageing potential, allowing it to evolve harmoniously over time.
How it is produced
Production follows the principles of the Traditional Method, a fundamental step in achieving a fine perlage and elegant persistence. The blend is made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes, selected for their ability to bring complexity and aromatic richness. The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives the wine a pleasant roundness, balanced by a very well-judged Brut dosage. The organic approach followed at every stage of production ensures a vibrant glass, an authentic expression of the original vineyards.

What's more, after 8 years of loyal service, it was time for our labels to make way. We wanted to create new labels that reflected the identity of the House and my own philosophy.
Each of our new labels is finely illustrated by Kevin De Tunne (KTD art.), a young artist from Reims. The first to appear is that of your Blanc de Noirs cuvée, with a drawing of our old tractor invaded by wildlife. It is now called "Ode to Life". Read more
