Description
What kind of wine it is
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dosaggio Zero Amoler by Marsuret is a dry and rigorous sparkling wine, born from a harmonious blend of Glera and Verdiso grapes. Its taut and savoury expression stands out for its lively and fine perlage, which enhances a clear aromatic profile. On the nose, fresh notes of green apple, white plum and citrus emerge, intertwined with delicate hints of elderflower, wisteria and touches of almond. The palate reveals a solid structure and vibrant freshness, accompanied by a pleasant chalky texture that leads to a long mineral-saline finish. It is a wine with a decisive character, recommended for those who appreciate sparkling wines with marked purity.
Where it comes from
The grapes come from steep vineyards located on the hills of Valdobbiadene, in Veneto. The rows take root on slopes facing south and south-southwest, at an altitude between three hundred and four hundred metres. These sandy-clay soils are particularly rich in mineral salts, a characteristic that gives the wine its unmistakable savoury imprint. Marsuret manages the vineyard following the principles of organic farming, avoiding the use of synthetic chemical products. This natural management, combined with low-yield viticulture, encourages balanced ripening and a precise aromatic concentration in the bunches.
How it is produced
The harvest involves careful manual selection, essential to protect the integrity of the bunches picked on steep slopes. In the winery, white vinification and gentle pressing are carried out, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fragrance of the aromas. The secondary fermentation takes place according to the Charmat Method in autoclave, with extended ageing on the lees that enriches the flavour profile, giving greater complexity. This sparkling wine is presented as a Dosaggio Zero with a linear and refreshing sip, ideal as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, sushi and light risottos.
History and Curiosities
Since 1936, the Marsura family has cultivated the hills of Valdobbiadene, passing down a deep winemaking dedication that today continues with Ermes, Alessia, and Enrico. As a testament to these strong roots, the label proudly bears the motto “Hill Winemakers 1936”. The name Amolèr comes from the Amolo, a wild plant with tart fruits that grows spontaneously among the thirty-six-year-old vine rows. Under the guidance of oenologist Mariano Pancot, this Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the Dosaggio Zero version embodies the excellence of a historic tradition.

The Marsura family is known by its old nickname of Marsuret. The family has a long tradition in wine growing and, just like the vines they tend, is a genuine product of the Valdobbiadene hills. The winery was founded in 1936 by Agostino Marsura when he bought a vineyard in Val de Cune in Guia di Valdobbiadene and started to produce the first sparkling wine with natural in-bottle fermentation. His brother Giovanni, many years his junior, dedicated himself to ensuring quality production, looking after the vineyards, harvesting by hand and carefully selecting the grapes used to make the wines. These values continue to form the heart of the Marsuret Winery. Read more
