Where does it come from

This sparkling wine is born in the vineyards of Alsace, a renowned wine region in north-eastern France. How is it produced

This prolonged rest enriches the aromatic profile and gives the bubbles remarkable consistency, ultimately offering a dry and satisfying tasting experience, to be served without any need for prior decanting.
