Cremant d’Alsace Brut by Hubert Reyser is a sparkling wine with a designation of origin from Alsace, produced using the Traditional Method from a blend of selected white grapes. The combination of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois and Chardonnay gives the glass a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus fruits emerge, enriched by notes of bread crust, while on the palate it is dry and balanced, supported by a vibrant saline savouriness and a dry finish. Its pronounced freshness makes it the ideal accompaniment for an elegant aperitif, harmoniously enhancing oysters, shellfish and light starters.

This prolonged maturation gives a fine and persistent perlage, capable of caressing the palate with a pleasantly creamy sensation. The Brut dosage maintains a straight and vertical profile, ensuring a clean and satisfying drink.
