Description

What kind of wine is it

Meursault Le Limozin by Fabien Coche is an organic white wine from Burgundy, a true expression of the Meursault appellation. It stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden highlights, while the aromatic bouquet opens with citrus notes intertwined with sweet hints of honey and acacia flowers. Vinified using traditional methods and without filtration, on the palate the Chardonnay reveals softness and depth, offering a refined and well-balanced sip.

Where does it come from

This white originates from Meursault, in Burgundy. From this winery
Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, Domaine Fabien Coche cultivates all the nobility of great Burgundy wines.

Located in Meursault (21 Côte d'Or), this family estate has 12 hectares of vines spread over Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet.

The Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods to produce its wines: working the vines, ageing, bottling... each stage is carried out in such a way as to guarantee exceptional production.

Preserving the nature of the soil is one of the main concerns of your producer, who has been working organically for several vintages now. So it's only natural that we should apply for organic certification from the 2020 harvest.
