Description
What kind of wine it is
Amour de Deutz Rosé is the Brut Champagne by Deutz, created from a refined blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The pale pink colour is enlivened by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, delicate aromas of red fruits and rose petals emerge, intertwined with mineral hints. The palate is fresh and lively, displaying a sophisticated profile that finishes with a pleasant minerality.
Where it comes from
This Champagne is born from the historic plots of the French region. The grapes come from renowned crus: the Pinot Noir is grown in Aÿ, while the Chardonnay originates from the soils of Avize, Chouilly and Villers-Marmery. This rigorous territorial selection ensures aromatic precision and great freshness. The characteristics of these vineyards are reflected in a marked mineral imprint, delivering an authentic expression of the terroir of origin.
How it is produced
The cuvée is crafted using the Traditional Method, an essential foundation for the development of its complex texture. This Brut-style wine is blended to achieve a balanced taste profile. Ready for immediate tasting, it also demonstrates an excellent capacity for ageing if left to mature in the cellar. Ideally served at a temperature between 6 and 9 °C, it is perfect for enhancing a structured aperitif or elegantly accompanying an entire meal.

The registers and order books bear witness: Deutz had already earned a solid reputation well before the beginning of the 20th century.
Over the years, their successors worked hard to develop the brand's character and elegance. From the outset, Deutz on its approach through the generations: a consistent and harmonious blend which gives all Deutz wines a unique style.
