Description
What kind of wine it is
Champagne Dekeyne & Fils L’Instante Rosé is a Brut sparkling rosé created from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The use of the Traditional Method results in a fine perlage and an intense aromatic profile, with clear notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and blackcurrant. On the palate, it stands out for its fruity freshness and taut progression. Served at 6–8 °C, it pairs perfectly with fish starters, cheeses and crisp biscuits, making it ideal for convivial toasts. It can evolve in the cellar for between five and ten years.
Where it comes from
This sparkling wine is produced in France, within the historic Champagne region. Its territorial identity is defined by the expressiveness of a highly suited area, whose characteristics are interpreted by Dekeyne & Fils through the principles of permaculture. Thanks to targeted care, the company preserves a living, vital soil, a fundamental element for conveying the authentic essence of the terroir into the glass. This agricultural approach allows for a direct connection with the ecosystem, resulting in Champagne with a distinct character, deeply rooted in its place of origin.
How it is produced
Vinification is based on a careful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, processed according to the strict steps of the Traditional Method. The production process begins with attentive agronomic management, aimed at respecting the plant’s natural rhythm. The prise de mousse takes place through slow refermentation on the lees, an essential step for creating a fine and persistent mousse. Finally, the Brut dosage ensures a dry and linear sip, able to fully enhance the fruity expression and aromatic clarity of the selected grapes.
