In his work as a consultant and researcher, winemaker Roberto Cipresso has always worked to amplify the peculiarities of each individual terroir as much as possible. In his role as producer, he has always tried to blend the fruits of different terroirs in no man's land, creating ever new meticulous breeds and seeking out more daring and fascinating balances. He was then joined by his brother Gianfranco, pragmatic and objective, who guided him to focus on his two souls, finding the right mediation between them. He pushed him to find the ideal place, the perfect "playground", where a marked territoriality could coincide with the possibility of blending extraordinary native vines. Read more
