Description
What kind of wine it is
Buvoli Tre Metodo Classico Rosé Extra Brut is a sparkling wine that interprets Pinot Noir in a refined rosé style. Produced in Veneto using the Traditional Method, it displays precision and structural depth. Its aromatic profile offers notes of small red fruits, herbal hints and delicate spices. On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, enlivened by a pleasant acidity. This unfiltered Extra Brut reveals an authentic character, capable of evolving with great elegance over time.
Where it comes from
This sparkling wine originates from the hills of Gambugliano, in the heart of Veneto, an area renowned for attentive and careful viticulture. The Buvoli winery follows the principles of organic and sustainable farming, respecting the natural balance of the land. The dedication in the vineyard yields healthy grapes rich in nuances, resulting in a straightforward wine that faithfully reflects its territorial identity and aims for the fullest expression of the variety.
How it is produced
Vinification strictly follows the Traditional Method, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle and ageing on the lees for three years, which imparts complexity and breadth to the palate. The wine then matures in stainless steel and wooden barrels, maintaining a pronounced purity of flavour also thanks to the absence of filtration. Served at a temperature of 6-8 °C, it is ideal as an aperitif and for refined food pairings with shellfish, fish, starters and cheeses.
History and Curiosities
Born in Gambugliano from the vision of oenologist Marco Buvoli, Tre Rosé Extra Brut is a rare, limited edition produced in only two thousand bottles. This unfiltered Traditional Method, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, rests for three years on the lees and matures in both wood and steel to enhance its authenticity. The result of organic and sustainable farming, it offers a dry sip with pleasant acidity, ideal for accompanying aperitifs and convivial moments. An elegant label, capable of evolving for up to ten years.
