The deep connection with the surrounding environment allows for the harvesting of prized grapes, transforming them into an authentic expression of Trento and its great winemaking tradition.
How it is produced
Production begins with careful harvesting and gentle pressing of the bunches, followed by the first fermentation in steel tanks. The wine then undergoes the bottle refermentation typical of the Traditional Method, resting on the lees for at least eighteen months. This maturation imparts fragrant and fruity aromas, with clear notes of cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, a delicate yeast note emerges, perfect to enjoy at a serving temperature recommended between six and eight degrees.
