The Monterotondo is the Cru of Villa Sparina, obtained from rich and complex grapes grown on a historic piece of the terroir in an excellent position. Separately vinified using artisan methods, the Monterotondo gives the palate that characteristic which makes the association between the terroir and the Cortese grape unique: freshness, minerality, tastiness, acidity, vein, longevity and elegance. The extraordinary quality of this white wine improves with age. Each year, from 1997 to the present, is a delicious journey through the flavours of a unique land.
