Description
The 'Colore' is Bibi Graetz's Gran Vin, originating from ancient vineyards of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. Poor soils mixed with sand and stone create the perfect terroir for a wine that tells much about Tuscany and its ancient taste.

For the production of white wines are used Ansonica, this old vine along the Tyrrhenian coast and many islands of the same Tyrrhenian Sea. Following an agreement reached with the growers island of Giglio, we directly follow the vineyards during the year and once in late August-early September, we harvest grapes which are then fermented in our winery.
